72 degrees with a gentle breeze makes
walking through the neighborhood  a pleasure.  
Those of you who know me also know my
admiration of lighting - inside, outside,
Christmas lights - -  I am all about the mood. 
So tonight I managed to get the  landscape l
ights installed out front.

UselessTrivia: Taxi Contest

the people of  New York have grown tired of
their traditional taxi cab logo,  which as been
in place for decades:

So a contest was held to design a new logo to
replace the dated, rather bland, logo treatment.   
And the winner is....

Getting Things Done

It was great to talk to Roseanna today.  Also, Granny
called this morning to check in.    And, a few text
messages from Mel.   All of this communication goes
a long way in keeping me connected!

Most of the day has been spent
fine tuning the little things around the
house.   I think things are looking pretty good now. 
I still want to redo some paint and some flooring
but nothing is urgent and the place is very livable
now.

Looking down into the valley from my place.  The town
down there at the base of the mountain is Hackettstown.
